A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. KYC must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

A maximum of one account is permitted per person or household. If multiple accounts are found sharing the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be suspended.

The following individuals are also not permitted to use our platform:

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit

Withdrawal Processing Time:

Baij 999 is not responsible for missed bets during live betting due to internet disruptions. Sports Betting outcomes are determined by the official results of the relevant sports governing body.

Casino game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are entirely fair. The RNG system is regularly audited by independent third parties.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Please keep the following in mind:

• Use a strong password (at least 8 characters, including numbers and special symbols)

• Keep two-factor authentication enabled
• Report any suspicious activity to support immediately

If your account is hacked or you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately. We cannot be held liable for any losses if you fail to notify us in time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or using multiple accounts
• Bonus abuse or bonus arbitrage
• Use of hacking tools, bots, or automation software
• Collusion or fraudulent cooperation with other players
• Money laundering or processing of illegal funds
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Registering or completing KYC verification using false information

Legal action may be taken if such activity is detected. Accounts may be temporarily suspended during investigations into suspicious activity.
